RIYASAT accepts orders for delivery within Bangladesh, subject to courier service availability in your area.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will inform customers if we become aware of a significant delay.

  1. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the delivery location, parcel size, and applicable courier rates. The applicable delivery charge will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process before the order is confirmed.

Any additional delivery charges for an approved exchange or return will be handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during our regular business operations. Processing may take additional time during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

We may contact customers to confirm order details before dispatch.

  1. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where offered and supported by our delivery service. Customers should ensure that their contact number and delivery address are correct and remain reachable for delivery coordination.

Any payment options available for a particular order will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, phone number, and other necessary details.

If delivery fails because of incorrect information or the customer is unavailable, additional delivery charges or a new delivery attempt may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
